Windham Group brings key custom elements to each program it develops. When Windham is assigned to a case, their goal, like A.I.M. Mutual’s, is to help resolve claims sooner through proven return to work initiatives whenever possible. The Windham team works with the employer directly, arranging a visit to the site so they can complete a Job Fit Accommodation (JFA). Each JFA is built following careful study of the injured worker’s job and essential tasks.
Once the employer is ready to make a job offer, Windham works with the employee’s doctor to obtain their support of the return-to-work plan.
