Michael Stango Joins Industry Panel at CIO Council Conference

Michael Stango, Director of Information Technology, was among 15 featured speakers at the annual Datos Insights’ Insurance CIO Council Conference held recently in Boston. The Council is a knowledge-sharing community of over 400 insurer CIOs and IT leaders.

The conference enables insurance IT executives to discuss critical issues and network with peers, engage with Datos Insights’ latest research and discover innovative technology solutions in a curated setting.

Michael’s panel focused on experiences with current or recently completed core-system conversions and transformations. Areas of opportunity, long-term strategies, and business drivers of upgrading core systems were on the agenda. More than 70 CIOs and IT leaders were in the audience.

Michael’s fellow panelists included: Tyler Falcone, Director of Infrastructure and Ops, AIPSO; Peter Moreau, SVP & CIO, Amica Insurance; Murali Natarajan, SVP & CIO, West Bend Mutual Insurance; and Chris Eberly, Senior Principal Datos, formerly Lincoln Financial.
